ATLANTA – On June 4th, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta (BBBSMA) partnered with the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, and Saks Fifth Avenue to hold the inaugural Fashion Play event. The unique fashion show raised funds and awareness of BBBSMA’s mission to provide one-to-one mentoring to children in Metro Atlanta. The pinnacle of fashion was on display at the exclusive event, worn by professional models – and professional athletes. The pro players were dressed to impress as they walked down the catwalk for a great cause. Isaiah Oliver, Foye Oluokun, Jamon Brown, Ra’Shede Hageman, Adam Gettis, and Kurt Benkert of the Atlanta Falcons, as well as Patrick Okonkwo and Gordon Wild of Atlanta United all came out in support of BBBSMA. The team behind Fashion Play was led by event Co-Chairs, Angela Blank and Amy Agami. The Trendsetter Committee included Chelle Pope, Jewanna Gaither, Lericia Harris, and Sarah Stansberry. With an outpouring of support from the community and Players Club Gold Sponsors, United Distributors and Georgia Power, the event was a huge success.
