Our core programs pair a Big and a Little in a mentoring relationship. We thoroughly screen our mentors, and provide support and structure to create effective, long-lasting results. Additionally, we offer several innovative program models that allow us to serve more youth in metro Atlanta.

Mentoring in the Community

Professionally supported matches where the Bigs and Littles from diverse backgrounds meet a few times per month in their local community - hanging out at the park, visiting a museum, or whatever they're interested in

School-Based Mentoring

Supported mentoring where volunteer mentors meet with their Little for a 1:1 relationship during the school day or during an after-school program at one of our partner schools. To learn more about how the program works, visit the link below.

Beyond School Walls

Uniquely designed mentoring for high school Littles who are interested in learning about career readiness and future planning through 1:1 mentorship at the corporate partner's site

Expanded Site Based Mentoring

Small group and 1:1 mentoring by trained, professional mentors who work in the school, providing students the opportunity to be mentored during the school day
