Krystal Anthony is a seasoned marketing professional with over a decade of experience leading strategy, partnerships, and storytelling across multiple industries. With a strong background in marketing and communications, she specializes in sports partnerships and community engagement, helping brands connect with diverse audiences through meaningful experiences.

Ms. Anthony is currently the Experiential Director at Octagon. Her career has included roles at Microsoft, Foot Locker, and Georgia Power, where she’s managed high-visibility campaigns, executed multi-channel marketing strategies, and built partnerships that elevated both brand impact and customer engagement. At Microsoft, Krystal drove national campaigns around high-traffic cultural moments and integrated small business audiences into revenue-driving initiatives. At Georgia Power, she applied her expertise in sports marketing to align efforts with business growth while advancing community-focused programs.

Passionate about mentorship and representation, she leverages her platform to empower the next generation of leaders, both on and off the field. When Krystal isn’t working at Octagon, she is a softball coach for a competitive youth fast pitch organization, is an active member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta’s Young Leaders Council and is a BBBSMA Big Sister. She is also a founding member of The She League and is a graduate of LEAD Atlanta’s class of 2022.
