Many of our littles continue to face adversity, including opportunity gaps, poverty and identity-based discrimination. This was exacerbated in 2020 by the increased stress of a global pandemic and economic downturn.

But having a Big Brother or Big Sister makes a huge difference. Mentoring means our Littles won’t have to face these barriers alone, these positive relationships help build confidence and resilience.
