After you have been approved to be a Big, our Enrollment Specialists will work to find a Little meets your preferences. Once a Little is approved for you, the Enrollment Specialist will invite you to a match meeting to introduce you to your Little and his or her parents or guardians. Program staff will be at the match meeting to clarify expectations for the match relationship and assist with scheduling your first official match outing with your Little.

After you are matched with your Little, you will be assigned an agency Match Support Specialist who will be the main link between you, your Little, your Little’s parent, and the agency. The Match Support Specialist will contact you on an ongoing basis to provide match monitoring, guidance, and coaching. You will communicate with your Match Support Specialist monthly for the first year of the match, and regular communication is required throughout the life of the match.
